Hotel Policies

  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • A deposit of 25% of your stay total is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be guaranteed.
  • Once the deposit has been paid we will send you a voucher which will serve as confirmation of payment.

  • Check in: from 15:00 until 23:00
  • If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
  • Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in.
  • Early Check in: upon request, if possible, at no extra charge.

  • Check out: until 12:00
  • Late Check out: upon request and depending on availability, the stay in the apartment until 6pm, is charged with 50% of the room value. For stays after 6pm, 100% of the apartment value will be charged.

  • You can request a baby cot for a child up to 2 years old free of charge, as long as you have informed us in advance at the time of booking to confirm availability.

  • Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
  • We accept cash, debit/credit card Visa/Mastercard, bank deposits, and Western Union.

  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@kentrikon-rooms.gr
  • Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 21 days will receive no refund.
  • ‘Non-shows’ your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
  • In case a reservation is made by selecting “Non-refundable price”, the total value of the reservation is prepaid and the money is non-refundable whenever the reservation is cancelled.

  • If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.

  • Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
  • Cleaning is provided for all rooms on a daily basis.
  • Change of bed linen is provided every three days and a change of towels every three days.
  • Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in the apartments and for the cleaning and washing of used dishes/cups/cutlery.
  • The cleaning service is not responsible for washing used utensils.

  • Pets are NOT allowed.
  • Smoking is striclty prohibited in all inside areas of rooms and apartments.
  • Smoking is allowed on balconies and outdoors.
  • In the event of damage caused within the apartment or in the wider area, it reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to interruption of its activities, to the credit/debit card of the registered customer. In case the customer has not paid by credit/debit card but by cash or otherwise, the customer will be required to pay the amount of the loss suffered by the customer immediately.
  • Each guest is responsible, throughout their stay at the hotel, for keeping their personal belongings (valuables, money, etc.) in a safe place.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to a client or guest if we consider that there is a safety issue for other guests or the accommodation itself.
  • We reserve the right to either pre-approve or charge a card in part or in full in accordance with the relevant booking conditions, as well as to request full payment of the stay upon arrival. We may also cancel a reservation if the credit card details are not valid.
